Look to the the man channels that would broadcast Emergency Alerts.

Info came from someone who gets a heads up before most people.

I don't know for certain, but she hasn't be wrong yet.

I will be watching.

Why would Trump declare the IA? That would inform the DS. He could just do it and not tell anyone. He'll he could already be doing it and we never knew.
