You can bypass the need to get a text confirmation if you put in a fake phone number then click the "get e-mail verification" that pops up. There are phone number generators online. This may take a little while coming up with one.

https://www.guerrillamail.com/ to make fake e-mails inboxes. I'm thinking of making like 7 or 8 fake accounts just to do this.
