I wonder y the date would have been changed to jan 20. I am interested to find out if it is a written rule that the inauguration is jan 20 and not march 3rd. I see no reason why Chiyna Joe couldn't be inaugurated and later overthrown. It's not beyond the realms of possibility. Trump's return to power will take as long as it takes. But it will happen.

I believe it was changed sometime in early 1900s unconstitutionally.
