Which is exclusively run by the navy and is "close" to Raven Rock according to Wiki.

Edit: Guess Raven Rock was reactivated this summer...

CASTLE_ROCK is located 26 MILES SOUTHEAST of Camp David. It is called SUGARLOAF MOUNTAIN. SEARCH Castle Rock Surgarloaf mountain and look at pictures and search results. There is likely a military based underneath Sugarloaf Mountain which is more than likely connected to Camp David using a machine probably very similar to this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q41vzLjwZqM&ab_channel=GrikeonOfWulf A simple search will show you, I believe this to be the right answer.
