This reminds me of the concepts in “The Ra Material”. A woman by the name of Carla channels the teachings of a sixth density being. Her partner Don asks questions of Ra and transcribes the entire thing. This happens over the course of years over a bunch of individual sessions.
It is quite a long and dense read. Carla also put out book where she summarises the points Ra was making in her own words which I found easier to grasp some of the concepts:
