I was getting texts warning of a Presidential address to the nation on Wednesday, again on Thursday, and then last night. The person sending me texts gets his information from the “before it’s news” and “rumor mill news” websites. Instant BS confirmation for me.

It’ll happen if it happens and when it happens. (But keep your head on a swivel anyway.)
