Today's Flightradar24 revealed a very rare animal in the air near the shores of Delaware today - an EC-130J Commando solo, a four-engine Hercules transport hauler specially modified to conduct Military Information Support Operations (MISO) and civil affairs broadcasts in FM radio, television and military communications bands.
There are only three such machines in the USANG inventory, operated by the 193rd Special Operations Wing, Pennsylvania Air National Guard, stationed at Harrisburg International Airport, Middletown, PA.
The mods having been made to the aircraft include enhanced navigation systems, self-protection equipment, air refueling but especially the capability of broadcasting analog radio (FM) and analog color TV on all worldwide standards.

The two aircraft I found interesting were UK planes that ended up in California today. They never landed at a USAF base:

Judging by the flight range and cruise speed they must be C-17K strategic transports..
Mobile TV and FM radio broacast station. Might come in handy if you ever want to make an emergency announcement to the general population when traditional media was blacked out.
Spot on!
That could explain why it seemed, at least that I saw, there were very few MILs up between 10-1am est last night, especially on the east coast.
Counted over 400 earlier this evening.
nice find
