How Did Q Know Trump Would Be Banned on Twitter?

Unless there's someone on the inside at Twitter, it seems impossible that even military intelligence could predict that Twitter would ban Trump at one minute to midnight. Thoughts?

The drop reads exactly “POTUS twitter removal”. It doesn’t say how. Trump administration could remove it. But the Patriots know the playbook of the enemy and figure they could/will goad the enemy into removing it.
