It's interesting this stream started the day before the Presidential election.
Why would it do that?...
could be just due to electricity or systems restart, i'm from Italy anyway, didn't hear about any blackout in vatican city
That’s the point
with the restart i was referring to the fact that they started streaming before the elections, for the light thing, if you watch from the begin of the video, you can see it's just the nightfall, look at -1.23h you can see a car with lights passing by, look the light, camera has a shitty quality, plus a plane there would look bigger
