Yeah people please don't get excited about this stuff. If it's an emergency alert just keep your phone on and near you and you'll get it! In fact it's hard for me to imagine that he would announce it beforehand. Remember, there are liberals out there who get a rise out of messing with you. So anonymous stuff is always questionable.
