this is what i have to say about lin wood. He's almost like us, he can research, look stuff up, (has way better sources).....But he is not with Q. He knows about Q obviously but he's not in on it. Things we see and discover coming from him just seem more reputable but in reality he has said numerous times he doesn't talk to the president he met with him in March. I do believe he is important to our story though.

What Q meant is that he/they won't be posting anywhere outside of 8 kun and that anyone claiming to be Q or claiming Q is talking DIRECTLY to them would be fake. That is until He/they reveal themselves after all of this is over. Q said we will be surprised when we find out who has been talking to us.
They're some emergency lights obviously. The vatican would have way more lights on even at night normally.
