No, it's not. It's the posting itself, regardless if it's censored. If there's a kid performing a sexual act on an adult, or vise versa, and it's posted, NO MATTER THE CENSORSHIP, IT'S ILLEGAL!! There are NO PROTECTIONS for posting that crap.
