Sure, but people were trying to imply these has something to do with leonardo arrests or something. Same as yesterday vatican "blackout" while the building was not lit likely due to preventing gatherings of visitors, tourists etc (also common practice n europe due to covid)

You grab onto nothings and make it sound as if that signifies something huge.
