There is a cop car on the bottom left side, notice how the light of the cop car is dim. Notice how when the lights of the vatican light back up, the cop cars lights become twice as bright. Distraction from what? Italy's the one who rigged our election
If the affidavit is to be trusted, this makes perfect sense why Italy would be a focal point. Their connection to the CCP shouldn't be underestimated either.
