I'm in the same pickle. Don't have a smart phone (my old flip phone doesn't seem to work anymore--3G dropped recently??). Don't have TV broadcast of any kind. Can't get radio reception (I'm in a valley surrounded by mountains.) I can get a scratchy reception from the Weather Band that I keep on low...hope it will broadcast EBS.

Either that or smoke signals. Or passenger pigeon.
