I'm aware of the concept of Q Anon, but I don't really know any of the details. I'd like to know wtf is going on atm and am willing to hear all the possibilities. Can anyone share a helpful video or something to catch me up? Thanks.

The aggregate sites for Q drops are ran by people who follow/research Q. How they label their site is on them and does not reflect an endorsement by Q.
