I don't discount any Q theory stuff at this point.... but as a military pilot, I can say an aircraft orbiting in that area is totally normal. there is a large restricted area there which is used exactly for military training. however.... IDAHO is a callsign for FBI aircraft..... That's about all I can offer. Compelling, but everything is at this point.
