Lin Wood has been right about some important things but has also been compared with a "carnival barker". This morning's Parler post about the Pope being arrested from a garbage page is especially difficult to excuse.
Is there a plausible "white hat" explanation for his posting?
Is it possible for a tremendously successful attorney to also be a naïve boomerposter?
Is he playing a role?
And to be fair about the Pence thing, I seriously thought he was crazy, then a couple days later, it actually happened. There are arguments about whether Pence is playing a role in all this, and that question mark colors Lin's contributions. Just don't really know yet.
To be a little more fair, when I see something he's reporting, I look for it in another place too. He can't post things that aren't accurate. I think he'd be putting his whole livelihood on the line by behaving badly.
there's the possibility that he doesn't have to really worry about making a livelihood going forward as an attorney and he's just out putting it all on the line, perhaps engaging in some speculation spring-boarding off of stuff he's come upon in various ways
he's probably not really any kind of insider, is where I'm tending to land, and hence what he says has to be taken with a grain of salt per each specific case of "info"
