yeah, george "old mossad" sweigart does have some interesting technical stuff but nothing is really usable... brendan o'connell is interesting, he's more on the level of talking to congressional reps and govt figures to try to effect legitimate political pressure... webb did cover the energy goals, o'connell phrases things in the context of the Chinese/Russian/Israeli Belt and Road project
