Name something the democrats have done that is allowed by law?

Name one reason why they would remove this claim about presidential alerts if they simply wanted to disable them?

President sends an alert > Apple products don't get them > "woops it was a bug! we'll totally get that fixed by the time biden is inaugurated, promise!"
