Seems like this place is going to be growing even more, possibly exponentially. Looks like you added some mods, which tells me you might be thinking the same thing.

Idea: Add one more tab to the menu (Hot/New/Rising/Top) and call it "Newbies" or something so new people can be directed. I suggest it be a top 20 posts you think are most helpful to newcomers.

That could cut down on "hey, what's Q" "is this real?" kind of stuff, and keep the boards clean.
