They seem to be very important events before the Epiphany. Does anybody know what they mean?

Btw that calendar conversion in the link is ONLY valid for 2021 as the Lunar vs. Gregorian dates change every year, which is why the Chinese New Year is NOT always on a constant date in our calendar.
