I'm unfamiliar with the alert system in terms of what it can do beyond simple messages - POTUS was pretty adamant about everyone recording it all. Can he broadcast the truth as video compilation of what was gathered if and when he addresses the nation?

It will probably be something along the lines of a message telling people to remain calm, explaining what’s going on, and telling people what to do or not do.
