Multiple contingencies in the plan. Who knows where we're going to end up at this right?

If I'm going to be honest, Pompeo may be better equipped to deal against China as a war-time President. Trump may be a bit too honest and big-hearted to be a war-time President. Pompeo seems more cunning and more willing to engage in dishonest tactics when it comes to dealing with the enemy.
