I don't understand how PAIN is linked with Pompeo.... I think I saw the 2344, but don't get how that links ot pompeo either.

That is basically my point without putting it out there. There is a qdrop for every time of the day, and some of the Q posts are so generic its like going to a fortune teller, it could apply to everyone in every situation. Most Q posts like this are "its about to happen very soon", so you can make these post links and it looks legit, but probably just a real coincidence
You're not getting it. They put out a whole bunch of replies. Then at the right time they can link you to which message they want you to get. Plausibly denying any relation should the DS want to fight it.
So, no question there will be a Q drop for every time a message is posted.
Why then would someone think this time is relevant?
The Secretary has been very precise with the time regarding to posting tweets. VERY precise.
Therefore, an aberrant tweet, outside the distinct pattern that had been in place that being posting at either 30 minute intervals (exactly) or 1 hour intervals (exactly) and ending for the evening around 8 or 9pm is arguably significant.
For him to elect to post at 11:44pm is not something to be overlooked.
Whether you accept that explanation or not, your choice.
I think the tweet timeline should go with this image, would make that much clearer.

Secretary Pompeo deviated from his usual practice and posted a tweet last night at precisely 11:44pm or 23:44 military time.
Q Drop 2344 is fairly self explanatory except for the PAIN - it was all CAPS

Jeff Sessions was an ally to the movement and part of the plan. While it appeared that he was not supporting the president he quietly appointed special counsels to investigation the deep states wrong doing. One of these was Durham. From these prosecutors work I have heard (and cannot confirm) they have 180,000 sealed indictments.
Ergo, PAIN, refers to the work Sessions had done which will lead to the arrests and thereby make history ...
