Google is delisting websites from DNS and removing entries. It may be more widespread than that. They literally don't have entries anymore. This means it will not resolve an address if you put it in. Even if you have the IP direct, you may not get to it because cloud flare blockss it for ddos protection.
It may be they have been completely removed from the registrar as well

Tiny linux host and run your own local copy of BIND. Just get updated from the root servers. If those get bastardized then the internet is lost.
