Thought; Clinton was SecState.

I'm sure the Sec. Dept. Website isn't exactly administered by the Secretary, nor one of his top-level aides; It's a lower-level position / person who does grunt work like updating websites.

Perhaps it's just some clinton "i'm with hEr" flunky holdover just trying to send a "fuck you" to people like us & demoralize?

This makes absolutely zero sense & I wouldn't read too much into it.
