Agree with this.

However, my husband has been on armed convoys when activated for hurricanse in New Orleans. (Rough area)

Hes also been in armed convoys going to ranges.

Should have worded it better. (Didnt expect a sticky. Heh.) Not standard perhaps, but not unheard of.

I'm sure something is going on. Just not the crazy speculative stuff.
