It’s the inauguration scaffolding. What I don’t understand is Swampy Joe and the Ho has stated it will be a small event online :) :)

I swear Biden campaign said right off the bat that the inauguration would be virtual 'cause 'rona.

Then they started building stuff for the inauguration.

Then they took it down because the Biden said the inauguration would be virutal.
