That is correct. It is a never ending spending cycle that is either increasing or decreasing. Secure the border (stop the mass flow of drugs). Eliminate the dealers (harsh 3 strike federal sentencing for distribution). Rehab the addicts (better clinics with better results). Then the cycle ends (perfect world). Thus freeing up how many billions spent EVERY year? Imagine how much better life could be? More money in your pocket? Sure. Better infrastructure? Yes please.

All those great things happen if the supply is eradicated. Then mental health can be attacked properly instead of the "Is it drugs or are they crazy" crap can stop. Again, just my 2 cents. I do want to say thank you for the conversation tho. Very much appreciated. I wish you the best on your adventure called life. Don't forget to spend your level up points ?
