Khazar refers to the region of Europe they fled to after Nebuchadnezer kicked them out of Babylon. Germany/Romania/Russia area. They created AshkeNAZI Talmudic Judaism, a dark and supremely corrupt version. The Rothschild's are their leaders now. Probably always were.
