Yes I understand control. That doesn't tell how they obtain control though. Simply stating "control" doesn't relay the "how" In theory, a device like this would help obtain "control". This was just a shower thought theory on the "how". I'm sure the NSA etc are involved as well, as stated. I'm sure if a device like above existed, MI would own it.
