According to Utsava, who has been right more often than wrong, she was arrested and so was Pence and someone mentioned Bill Clinton in the comments here. He is long gone, exterminated, like many others who have clones or body doubles popping up when they need to.

What is this clone shit I keep seeing in this community? Cloning is possible; we've seen it publicly with sheep, and I don't doubt there's classified tech related to the human genome too - but it results in an embryonic lifeform, you can't just conjure up a full, adult human being.
Good old fashioned plastic surgery and makeup - what has enabled body doubles for centuries - do the job just fine.
That's probably what they mean, just body double.
