There are doomers on this board claiming Trump's acknowledgement of Biden's "incoming adinistration" is an admitance of defeat, It isn't.

Yep, perhaps he needs impeach 2.0 to fail. If he looks like he's going to concede, what's the point? Those on the fence will oppose.
