Is the administration testing the EBS?

Haven't seen an emergency broadcast in ages.
Fwiw, there was a post on td that said he lived in the central plains and got an emergency amber alert on his TV for the d.c. area, shared a pic, wondered if it was a test. I tried to go back and find it to share here and couldn't. Didn't get much attention from the doomers

I got one last night, and it had a vehicle description and just said yellow temp tags.
I get Amber alerts multiple times a year. It happens all the time and it's localized to a certain radius of where the person was last seen or is expected to be.
