OK but wait;

Did CBS merely host it on GDrive in order to share it, or did it "come from" the JCOS via GDrive?

I could understand if XBS uploaded the memo to their GDrive for sharing with the public.

BUT.....it is still insanely suspect, esp. the fact that there's no date and how fuzzy / low-res it is.

Real documents are sharp & high resolution because they are real and original.
