Hope so, Even if it was true, the JCOS even stated at the bottom that the actions come from President down! Plus they would have to look neural to the normies.

Exactly. Frankly, what's the chance the FULL JCOS even know the plan anyway?

Q has told us LESS THAN 10 PEOPLE.

Could be 5. Could be 9.

But it's almost definitely NOT the full JCOS who have knowledge of it.
