The president is commander in chief. If Biden is sworn in he gains constitutional authority over our armed forces. I suppose anything is possible but I do expect something before Biden is sworn in.

Biden has already received the electoral college approval from congress. Any action here on out is going to be extra-constitutional I'm afraid.

For this reason I won't be surprised if they try to wait for 2024, while the American people suffer under a communist dictatorship.
