Yeah, but anything can give you WD.
I get the absolute worst, most painful, utterly debilitating headaches, nausea and withdrawal from........caffeine.
Used carefully and in moderation, it's not that big a deal, IMO.
Hate to mention it, but there IS a good r/Kratom sub with great people & info.
Thanks for the comment & concern. I've done my research & am comfortable with what I'm doing. :-)
Be careful. Long term use leads to opiate-like withdrawals.
Not anywhere near as bad as opiates, but for someone who doesn’t use anything else, the comedown can be very... unpleasant.

Definitely, moderation.
My sister used it to quit OxyContin and it was a lifesaver—literally.
But six months later, she had to go through the same process to quit kratom. Not pleasant. Just be sure to take long breaks and don’t up your dosage.
Ugh. I hear ya. I understand & sincerely appreciate the concern. Been taking it for 5 years. Actually maybe almost 6.....
I'm a total over-analyzer, so I've read & researched like crazy.
I do not have an addictive personality and am not using it to come off any other substances, though I'm very aware that is a common use for it.
Anyway, Thanks fren. :-)
