Don't let them discourage you. You do have a few things working against you; Your username is literally anewaccount. Your account is literally a new account... You see why the hostility? No? The trolls like to come and pretend they are all new to this Q thing and waste our time. There is a lot of hostility directed towards us and it shows in our replies. If you are genuine, we don't mind answering you questions, but try not to get butthurt about some among us being snarky or downright rude.
