Who knows. Joint Chiefs don't have any actual authority, however, and the fact that it was only posted on the Navy page, apparently, is interesting.

Obama did say that he'd use the Navy to drag Trump out of the White House.

Navy = traitors? Obedient to Barack and his shadow presidency?
