I was thinking about that as well, but I think when Q refers to the lawlessness and all the cases that would have to be thrown out would create too much chaos for the government to “logically” go along with it. That kinda makes me think that some form of governmental reset would have to occur just to have the option to release the information. Something along the lines of The Act of 1871, I think.

It is not what we wish but is what we the American People need to know. We wish no such thing happened but as goes the atrocities of war so goes life. These so called people need to face their punishments and the American People need to see and hear it. It is the complacety of the people to have allowed these evil things to take place some way shape or form.
