In the Bible the number 17 symbolizes "overcoming the enemy" and "complete victory."

Just completeness.
The number 17 has no great scriptural significance besides what is mentioned regarding Noah. The only sign Jesus or Yehoshua gave to the Pharisees regarding his Being the Messiah is the sign of Jonah which is 3 days and 3 nights. He died on Passover, the 14th of the first month so (Super)naturally he would rise on the Night portion of the 17th day of the biblical 1st month (usually March-April in the spring). 7 is much more prominent and known as being “God’s number” 7th day, 7th month, 7th year, even 7x7 49th year and 50, as well as 40 and 12 and 8.

It’s funny that site calls them Hebrew month when it’s God that created the calendar. He gave it to all mankind and the Israelites were supposed to share it and teach it to the rest of us. This finally came to pass after the death and resurrection of Yehoshua The Anointed One via the Apostle Paul
The Book Of Enoch is the 17 th book, from what I understand. Has significance with what is happening in taking down witches, etc.
