Agree with that.

I believe it is a super/quantum computer that is running a military war game program. Perhaps it uses the powers of the NSA to take all information for analysis as well as classified information. It's being interpreted by humans. I think interaction with it via boards, making videos, getting the signal out there is super important for its analysis of information.

"You'll be shocked who you're talking to" would make sense.
