This is NOT BOGUS!!! regardless of the disaster date, regardless of any prior declarations, the bottom line is just today there were these four... this can be searched at whitehouse.gov easily enough.

The start of the Connecticut declaration is this... "Today, President Donald J. Trump declared that a major disaster exists in the State of Connecticut and ordered Federal assistance to supplement State, tribal, and local recovery efforts in the areas affected by Tropical Storm Isaias on August 4, 2020."
