That1000 would not be storming buildings or trying to seize territory though. They have been training years to derail trains, assasinate leaders ambush targets. Standard urban guerilla tactics. Need a very heavy ground presence to counter and even then 20,000 troops cannot be everywhere. Would be wise to avoid trains and buses for awhile if it pops off.
