Just a thought - could the central communications black out of RED2 be the Social Media purge of conservatives and not an internet shutdown?
I saw the FEMA "get prepared" post after I asked that, so, yeah - I think you're probably right.
Yep, the deep state is about to go all out.
I expect @Jack to be the first arrest, and Twitter going offline.
It clearly says the word communications, not black outs. I highly doubt they would black out power across the US. That would be an economic disaster. They may do it in targeted places though. My guess is they force all media channels to carry VOA programming and shut down social media.

No its about 40 degrees here in northern Idaho.....we have no snow on the ground and its unusually warm weather.....it was a crazy geo-windstorm.
It says central comms blackout. And in later Q posts it talks about doing this to prevent bad actors from coordinating with each other. They also have to fight the narrative control that already exists. They already buried all the election fraud evidence.
It could also have something to do with the RV that bombed an AT&T building
I'm starting to think this more than a blackout
