I found it on there as well. But the date is different on this post so it looked suspicious

That's just because the date depends on your browser and time zone. If the date is generated client-side in JavaScript, it uses your browser information to give you a user-friendly date.

It's real, found it on whitehouse.gov, not sure why date is different in this example.

Because this is the Press Sec. It's a press release.

It's usually related to when it will drop - ie, for Imm. release, next pressing day.

As we're in the digital age, obviously that doesn't matter so much, but broadsheets still exist.
