IF he is signalling, then the implication is Q in morse code done at exactly 4:20 into the video is NOT a coincidence. That's all.

Previously Q taught us to understand the alphabet in terms of basic letters 4:10:20 = DJT.

Also, this is why Q is also known as 17.

If he IS signalling Q and at the 4:20 marker, it's just a sign that he's on the Plan.
