Could be that they're just always on (as the law dictates) without option to disable.
Like how it was grayed out initially for you, you didn't have a choice so why even have the information there? They probably just removed the line for it since it wasn't selectable.
It's been there for years. Now all of a sudden it is gone? It was there last week when I checked it. Also the other settings were changed. Most were turned off.

Is this OnePlus? Mines the same way. Not sure if it ever had presidential. Hopefully we get them. Maybe our phones are too chinese
